Welcome to ltwpsyn® encryption free version

This progam is an Excel spreadsheet with VBA code, there are 2 versions, one for Windows and one for MAC's
Before you run the free copy of this program you should have read this page which tells you what will happen when you open the program: Instructions

Windows Version :

With the Windows version of Excel (not the MAC version) usually the connection from Excel to the Internet is a normal part of installation. This program will connect to the internet to obtain information needed to make an encryption.
For Excel 2003 and earlier you can check that you are connected to the internet by going Tools | Data | Import External Data | New Web Query For later versions of Excel choose Data | From Web
You should be able to see the Internet via a dialogue box now, if not your version isn't connected.

MAC Version :

I have written this free program using a Windows version of Excel, I do not own a MAC and some VBA code that runs on the Windows version may not run on a MAC. If this happens to you then if you contact me and explain the problem you are experiencing I will try to correct it and then I will reissue a new MAC version.

With the MAC versions the connection from Excel to the Internet may NOT be a normal part of installation, so you need to first check you are connected to the Internet with Excel.
To do this for Excel 2003 and earlier you can check that you are connected to the internet by going Tools | Data | Import External Data | New Web Query For later versions of Excel choose Data | From Web
You should be able to see the Internet via a dialogue box now, if not your version isn't connected.
You need to install the driver that allows Excel to connect to the Web, the MAC Help should assist you to do this.

Before the program Decrypts a page and creates an output file it first checks that this file doesn't already exist. With MAC's the file description cannot exceed 32 characters or the delete command will not work. The outfile will be loaded into your default Excel directory. This directory location is stored in the Setup sheet in the program. Goto the Setup sheet and check cell B5 and cell B10. If your default directory is too long then you will need to make a new Directory ( say C:\ltwpsyn ) and update it here.
